Now Netmeeting is installed you have to configure for access: (if Netmeeting is not running or is installed already, start by navigating to Start -> Run and type in conf and or look for desktop or quicktask bar icon)

It is important that a user account be added to your machine and be given administrator privileges for Remote Desktop Sharing.

Once configurations are complete confirm that Netmeeting is running: Right click to review options...
